  • Why have I not received my order confirmation email?
    Don't forget to check your junk or spam folders in your email, if you still can't find your order confirmation email then please contact us at [email protected]
  • Can I return my product after delivery?
    Yes, we accept returns on orders within 14 days of receiving the delivery as long as item(s) are unused and unopened, a collection fee will be charged to cover costs. Should you need to return your item(s) please contact our customer service team at [email protected] for help with this.
  • What do I do if my product arrives damaged?
    In the unlikely event of your item(s) arriving damaged, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
  • Who will be delivering my order?
    We use some of the UK's top rated courier companies such as DPD, DHL, UPS and UK Mail. Our couriers will keep you fully updated throughout the delivery process via sms or email.
  • Do your products come with a guarantee?
    Our products are covered by our 12 months guarantee for any manufacturing defects.
  • I have some questions about what product I should purchase, can you help or advise me?

  • Where are your products made?
    Our mattresses are produced in the UK.
  • Will your mattress fit my bed?
    Our mattresses are made in the standard UK sizes.
  • How can I pay?
    We offer two methods of payment: Credit/debit card and PayPal.
  • Are your products compliant with UK regulations?
    Yes, all of our mattresses comply with UK regulations and conform with UK Fire Regulations BS7177. Our products and fabrics are tested frequently and we only work with accredited and certified suppliers across the world.
  • Do you offer finance?
    Unfortunately we do not offer finance options.
  • Can I postpone the delivery of my order?
    Yes, just leave a note in the "comments" section at the checkout with your preferred date for delivery.
  • Is there a cost for delivery?
    No, we offer free delivery to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland.
  • Can you deliver my order on a weekend?
    Yes, we offer a weekend delivery service, this option can be chosen at checkout and is priced at £40 per order.
